I’m seeing so much turmoil in people these days, I’d like to share some thoughts and insights. Understanding Thought Forms and Pain Bodies may help. They are collective energy….made up of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions, all of which are pure energy. Simply put……
The energy of your thoughts and emotions vibrate at different rates depending
on where you are on the scale of love to fear.
Love frequencies such as compassion, forgiveness, joy, acceptance, and gratitude vibrate at a higher rate than those frequencies of fear, hate, bitterness, judgement, and prejudice, etc.
Depending on what you’re resonating, what energy you’re feeling and what is emanating from you, you connect with other energy of like vibration. The more energy that collects, and connects, the bigger the Thought Form created.
When the Thought Form is full of fear-based energies it’s called a Pain Body.
There’s wide-spread fear energy in this corner of the world right now. Just in the past few years we have had mass shootings, earth catastrophes, a stand-off in North Dakota, political unrest, the list goes on and on. Right now, there is a massive Pain Body of fear, hatred, confusion, sadness, and anger. It’s easy to observe through people’s conversations, the news, and/or simply by watching Facebook Posts, just how connected to it people are.
Take note, when caught in the drama of any situation,
you are embodying “victim consciousness.”
Victim consciousness contributes, it does’nt help. Focusing on negativity is creates a larger, and larger energy of fear and pain. The larger the Pain Body the easier it is to be swept up into it…..and once there you can feel stuck. It magnifies the emotions you were/are feeling many, many times over. When this happens……
You have also become a victim.
With awareness you can see the drama, the pain, the suffering….and rather than getting lost in the energy of it, shift and look at how can you help. Just not getting stuck and adding to the Pain Body is a contribution. If you are called to do more about a given situation there are always ways to help. Let your participation be solution oriented. Join a march, a vigil , volunteer, or donate, find the way that feels good to you.
Get back to the love in your heart!
That makes the most profound difference. Get back to your center. Get grounded. Maybe you need to unplug for a brief while. Call your energy back. There is a guided audio on my website [Click Here] that can help. Take a couple minutes to use it. Call yourself back from anywhere you may be stuck.
Also, check within. See if there are wounds that are being activated within you. Look to see what feelings and emotions, what personal stories of pain and wounding may be hiding there for you to find. Look to see whether you have victim energy that is connecting. Once you know you can choose to heal it. There are many ways, and many people qualified to help.
If you stay stuck in the fear, blame and judgement
you too have become a victim!
…But you need not remain in that space. Connect with what brings you joy in your life….focus on that. Look at what you are grateful for…..focus on that. Reach out to those you love…..focus on that. Being in a space of love, rather than fear and/or negativity, is a HUGE contribution all by itself.
